Technical Project Manager

		Minimum 8+ years in software development, with at least 2 years as a technical manager.
		Proven experience in managing a team of 5+ people.
	i	Strong Java coding capabilities (current). At least 2 years hands-on experience with J2EE programming.
		Excellent understanding of OOAD, OOP techniques and methodologies and design patterns.
		Familiar with Extreme Programming.
		Experience with Lotus Notes preferred.
		Excellent verbal, documentation and project management skills.

J2EE Architect

	i	Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial software development with proven problem solving skills demonstrated through professional experience.
	i	Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java/C++ programming, including at least 2 years in J2EE technologies.
		Prior experience with n-tier application development utilizing distributed component models.
	i	In-depth knowledge of J2EE application server. Hands-on experience with one of the following J2EE application servers: Websphere, Weblogic or Oracle AS.
	i	Working knowledge of EJB, JMS, JDBC, JMX, XML, JTA, JCA, JNDI, Servlet, MI, RMI-IIOP, CORBA and Web Services.
	i	Experiences with integration strategies, business process reengineering and enterprise applications are a plus.
		A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time.
		Java certification and experience with Lotus Notes preferred.
		Excellent verbal, documentation and writing skills.

Senior Java Developer

		At least 3+ solid years working experience in application level Java programming.
	i	Strong relational database programming experience with at least one of the following: Oracle, SQLServer or DB2.
	i	Some J2EE technologies experience required, such as EJB, JTA, JAAS, JMS,RMI-IIOP, JDBC, JMX etc.
	i	Extensive experience with at least one of the following Java IDE: WSAD, JDeveloper, JBuilder or Eclipse OO design and programming.
		Experience with front-end development using JSP or Swing.
		Commercial software development experience desirable.
		Proven technologist interested in contributing to complex business solutions.
		Strong communication and writing skills. Able to work independently or part of a team.
		Java certification and experience with Lotus Notes preferred.

Senior Lotus Notes Developer

		Lotus Notes Developer with at least 3 years of experience.
		Strong experience of Lotus Script necessary. Lotus Notes certification preferred.
		Able to perform business analysis functions (meeting with users, documenting process etc).
		Strong communication and writing skills.

QA Engineer

		2 years experience in either a QA, Development, or Configuration Management position.
		Knowledge of programming in Java.
		Experience with both Windows and at least one UNIX platform.
	i	Design, documentation and execution of test cases. Experience with automation of tests using Junit.
		Experience with Lotus Notes preferred.
		Strong communication and writing skills.

Business Analyst

	i	Experience in Business Process Documentation and Development with a minimum of 3 years working experience in the Information Systems industry.
	i	Candidate will be working in a fast paced department that requires flexibility, good organization skills, excellent technical writing skills and solid communication skills.
		Must be a team worker and quick learner, and able to work independently.
		Experience with Lotus Notes required. Knowledge of programming in Java preferred.
